Here’s what people are saying about Alice and how she engages them in Transformative work.

“I just spent the morning in a Zoom meeting with Alice Fleming Townley of Fleming Townley Collaborative LLC. And can I say I feel more alive and open to the possibilities than before we met.

I had asked Alice to walk me through how she opens and closes meetings. Simple, right? Well she answered that curiosity, and yet at the same time, opened me up to so many more.

Every time I talk with Alice, she reawakens within me this need for grounding and living out of my own uniqueness as I lead. Alice helps me to remember the gifts and graces I bring to the table. She reminds me that in order to lead others, I need to do my own grounding work, my own spiritual practices, so that I may lead others to do the same.

I am so grateful for the time Alice spends to awaken me to who I am and how God calls me to be fully who I am as I lead others. Thanks Alice!”

“Alice was an excellent retreat facilitator!  She was calm and organized and is talented at keeping the group moving and on task.  Her time spent on spiritual grounding was refreshing and appreciated, it really set the tone for our meeting.  She had the ability to pivot in an instant when needed.  What I found most appealing was her genuine interest in our goals, even to the point of helping us find the words we were looking for and at times engaging in the brainstorming herself!  She is a gem and I would recommend her highly, without reservation for anyone looking for a talented group facilitator!”

Alice facilitated a Haitian Assets for Peace International (HAPI) retreat.

HAPI Board three day retreat–strategic planning with board members in Canada, Haiti, and the U.S., speaking English, French and Haitian Creole.

“Alice was easy to work with. She is able to quickly synthesize information and direct the group to a focus area. She’s a good listener, non-threatening. I liked her use of the white board on the computer so everyone could see input in a faster way. She was very aware of keeping Yolonde up to date and making sure she understood and was able to give input. She gave Valerie plenty of space to express her vision for HAPI and the Board going forward.”

“We feel like a much healthier congregation compared to how we were last year. We are really appreciative of the guidance that you and Patti brought to LCUMC. Pastor Tim is doing three baptisms this summer and there are 9 or 10 new members joining the church in July! We are feeling much healthier! Along with the weekly “Community Meals”!  We really are feeling blessed!”
